Picture Of Dorian Gray- Oscar Wilde

When I like people immensely I never tell their names to any one. It seems like surrendering a part of them. You know how I love secrecy. It is the only thing that can make modern life wonderful or mysterious to us.

Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close

Jonathan Safran Foer makes a way to my heart with his quirky stories and writings.

“If things were easy to find… they wouldn’t be worth finding.” Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close is adapted from Jonathan Safran Foer’s 2005 novel of the same name. Read the book couple months ago. Brilliantly written! And today watched the movie, wasn’t too disappointed. Needless to say the book got far more depth to the story including countless well written and descriptive lines.

As far as I remember during the movie these dialogues have touched me.

If things were easy to find, they wouldn’t be worth finding.

How true is that? Every wants and is on a search for short cut to life, love and success. Whatever happened to struggle and passion?

Secondly, when Oscar tells his mum that its okay to fall in love again after his father passed away. Her reply was,

Ill never fall in love for the first time again. Never.

We’ve seen Everything is Illuminated for this so far, but this one has less melancholy and more emotion, if you’ve got a heart you’ll be choked up by the end, that’s for sure.
